When it comes to treadmills you have to invest quite a bit to get quality. Quality is not the only thing. You have to get a lifetime warranty on all parts and at least 5 years labor as an extented warranty if possible. The treadmill has to be fit for commercial use. That said you will need to pay at least $2,000 U.S. up to $6,000 U.S. The best treadmills I have found are Sole F85, Smooth 9.65 LC, True Z5, and Lifefitness Club Series.
